Read your NCERT textbook thoroughly. It is like a story written over there and solve exercise questions at the end. You can also prepare important notes which can be revised at the last moment. Prepare the notes point vise. Also, you need to study some practicals question based on market analysis by which you can answer 15 marks question easily. Don't read any reference books.

Hi Rameshwar,
Your query is very general. Every college has different requirements and fees and there are thousands of colleges in India. To get into any decent college, at least 55% is required. Fee similarly varies, it may be as low as Rs. 8000 a year to as high as Rs. 2 lakh.
