There are a large number of options available for you regardless of your financial conditions.
You can go for B.Sc. + M.Sc. If you're interested in computers, you can opt for BCA+MCA. If you think pursuing engineering will be a problem because of financial issues, then let me correct you. You can appear for scholarship examinations conducted by the state you reside in. That will take care of your financial constraints. If you are from PCM group, you can go for B.Tech. If you are from PCB group, you can go for medical field. Also, you can go in defence field through NDA examination.
