Depending on where you want to study, you must first give SAT, ACT, TOEFL or IELTS to be eligible. You must also check, if you have enough grades to meet the admission requirements. Additionally, you will require a statement of purpose, letter of recommendations, etc.
The admission procedure is online and you will find information on the college website. First, you need to decide what to study and where.

To make career in banking, you can do B.Com or BMS, which are mostly preferable, but it is not the only option. You can get job in banking sector with a Bachelor degree in mathematics, statistics or economics.
If you want to do some professional course in banking sector, then you can go for CFP, PGDM and MBA after graduation.

National Institute of Open Schooling conducts exams that you are referring to. However, for gaining entry into COEP - Pune, you will have to go through CET conducted by Government of Maharashtra.

You need to have mathematics in 11th and 12th to be able to opt for engineering. In your case, as you don't have mathematics in 12th, I'm sorry to say that you're not eligible for engineering.
