It will be better to have dedicated preparations for CAT in the year in which you planning to appear for CAT. However, you may work to continuously improve your numerical, data interpretation and verbal communication ability along with your graduation study to improve your chances to crack CAT.

Dear Vyom, I think you are following the dictum "better late than never". Six months is quite less for preparation of such important exams. But then nothing is impossible. German higher education institutes requires applicants to complete 13 years of education, hence Jai you must complete an additional year of education and cannot apply after 12th. Typically students from India complete their first year of a Bachelor's degree program and then apply to German universities. There are other options like Studienkolleg and an entrance called JEE Advance, this information can be found on the DAAD website. Please take a look. Your grades are very good so chances are good too.
