You have a number of options open such as
B.Sc in a subject of your choice like Physics, Chemistry Mathematics,
B.Sc Computer Science
B.Sc IT
BCA
B.Arch and so on.
As for IIT, applicants must have 75% to be eligible for JEE or must fall within the top 20% of the state range.
Decide what to study as per your interest, subjects you enjoy studying the most and confident in. Have an aim and know what you want. Hope it helped.

Hi, you are qualified to apply but admissions are based on the selection criteria of the universities, depends on how strong the other applicants are and other internal factors. The program is offered in English, you might be required to take the IELTS or TOEFL. Check CUCAS website for details.

Princeton, MIT, CalTech, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, Brown , Cornell,Carnegie Mellon, University of Toronto, British Columbia, University of Waterloo are some of the famous colleges for undergraduate studies in US and Canada. Check the college sites for SAT requirements, TOEFL or IELTS scores they require and other academic criteria.

Gangadhar, you have not specified your 12th subjects.
If you have liking for Science and technology go for engineering., MBBS, BDS, etc.
If you have any passion for computers you can go for BCA or B.Sc Computer Science or B.Sc IT.
If you want to learn the tricks of management or want to start your own business, BBA, B.Com (Professional) can be good choices.
If food and its aroma arouse you, hotel management can be your calling. Or on this line only, you can join a course in tourism and hospitality that is going to take you places.
