Ashok, your query is incomplete. You have not specified the subjects you studied in 12th.
If you did PCM in 12th, you can go for B.Tech, B.Arch etc. If were a student of PCB, MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVMS, B.Pharm, BPT, etc can be choices.
If you have any passion for computers you can go for BCA or B.Sc Computer Science or B.Sc IT.
If you want to learn the tricks of management or want to start your own business, BBA, B.Com (Professional) can be good choices.
If food and its aroma arouse you, hotel management can be your calling. Or on this line only, you can join a course in tourism and hospitality that is going to take you places.

taking a break doesn't make a big impact for pursuing an MBA until you can justify what you did in the one year. this question will be asked when you go for the interview for any MBA admission . and it's preferable to go for a private institute for BBA and MBA courses.
