A system of mine development that is suitable for inclined, and perhaps faulted, coal seams. Main stone headings are driven, at predetermined levels, from the winding shaft to intersect and gain access to the seams to be developed. The stone headings, or horizons, are from 100 to 200 yd (91.44 to 182.88 m) vertically apart, depending on the seams available and their inclination. The life of each horizon ranges from 10 to 30 years. Connections between horizons at inby points are by staple shafts or drivages in the coal. Also called horizontal mining; continental mining.

Dear Rakesh,
An IELTS score of 6.5 overall is required. The university has not specified any minimum grades, as it is a competitive university you will require an higher average. Something above 70% from Indian education board is good enough. Please check more here http://umanitoba.ca/student/admissions/international/asia.html
Best Wishes

Hi Amit, you may refer to the following listing for course options
https://arts.shiksha.com/arts-colleges-in-india-categorypage-9-32-1-0-0-1-1-2-none-1-0?
Please note that no course or college can guarantee 100% placement. You must academically outshine other candidates and must do well in the interview to be placed. Always follow your interest. Among the subjects you mentioned try to find out which is the one you like the most. Economics and Mathematics have plenty of scope. All the best.

All branches of Engineering are equally good. Scope or job opportunities in different branches varies from year to year, therefore, scope should not be a criteria for selection of branch. You may chose branch based on your interests. If you are not clear on your interests then chose branch based on Institute reputation and ranking. To help you take a decision following is list based on today's general intrests in order of precedance : CSE, ECE, Mechanical, IT, EEE, Electrical, Civil, Biotechnology.
