There is no fixed answer for this as there are a lot of factors that determine your chances of getting into IIMA. IIMA usually prepares composite score which assigns different weights to your 10th, 12th and UG marks and also CAT Percentile. With 65% and 71% you are seriously disadvantaged in 10th and 12th, hence you will have to make sure that you get really good CAT percentile. If I have to guess, I would tell you to score more than 99.8 percentile. SO prepare really well and give your best shot at CAT.

ask yourself how much time you can devote to studies.
if you can devote 10 or more hours per day towards studies.than you should go for CA .else there are lot many different courses like. b.com,BBA,BA,hotel management etc
