For improvement exam you need to contact your institution from where you appeared for 12th examination. Form and formalities are done by institutions on behalf of students. But this process is to be done earliest as these dates are declared in few days after results are declared.
For JEE Mains you need to have minimum marks criteria. So try to score as much as you can in improvement paper.
All the best.!!!

Aman, PCM students commonly opt for B.Tech, B.Arch etc. For which admissions are based on JEE scores/ tests conducted by them/ your marks in 12th.
If you don't want to go for B.Tech/ B.Arch then other options are BBA, BCA, B.Com, Hotel Management, BJMC, B.Design, Fashion designing, Interior designing, Animation multimedia etc.
Look for some good universities which will provide you good placements too. There are many good universities that provide a wide range of courses to choose from along with good placements.
Most of them have world class infrastructure and highly qualified faculty.

Hi Akash,
Unless you are from ST category, you don't have any chances of getting a call (as per last year's eligibility). Even for ST category, the chances are very small.

They are in fact more important than CAT marks. IIM. Indore gives 35% weightage to 10th and 12th marks each, and less than 30 to CAT.
