In India, every university is either recognised by UGC or given the status of Deemed to be based on their performance. There are central universities around 40 in number those receive grant from UGC like JNU, DU, IGNOU etc. Then there are state universities which are 300+ in number but not all of them get funds from UGC. Private universities on other hand are completely managed by private funders or association. Thus, all private universities and some state universities will fall into the category of non grant colleges. Hi Sandeep, you can look for courses offered by School of Open Learning, you must choose your course as per your interest. With the grades you have I am afraid you do meet the cut-offs of DU.

College placement companies will first see your college scores. A few multi national companies do look at 10,12 score for certain positions. This is usually average score not individual subject score

Yes you can fill the form after you clear the compartment exams. However you must have a minimum of 75% which is the JEE Mains cut offs. Hope it helps.

Good you are ambitious. Try to appear for PSAT test this year. Sat test next year n ielts toefl in grade 12. There's a lot you would have to do after two years. May be will connect with you then. As of now, social service, extra curricular activities and school academics should be focused
