Hi Shubham,
You can go for B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics
Eligibility- 45% aggregate of four subjects PCME with 50% in Mathematics
No entrance exam is there. Admission is strictly on merit basis.
Colleges that you can consider-
Andhra University
Allahabad University
Banaras Hindu University
University of Rajasthan
University of Pune
University of Mumbai
University of Mysore
You can refine the search as per your preference and shortlist the ones for which you meet the qualifying criteria.

You can chose any subject to graduate. All all graduates are eligible to appear for PCS exam conducted by State Public Service Commissions. You must chose subject based on your strengths to increase your chances in PCS exam.

Hi
You may go for hons in any of the subjects in 12th like sociology, pol sc., history etc and then prepare for upsc to work as IAS/ IPS etc.
Alternatively, go for B.A +M.A + NET to become a professor in college. Research is another option or mba after graduation.

1. Repeat your grade 12 again and appear for boards to score well.
2. Appear for improvement exams in one or two subjects next year and improve your percentage. The details for it are as here.

no the cutoff of thapar are high so it's not possible but try by management quota
