Engineering from top colleges is very competitive. With such low score, you should aim at private colleges for now. If you can score during engineering, then maybe you will get a top college for PG.

If you mean mit usa then grade 12 score is not the only decision factor. You need sat n Sat subject tests scores too. Moreover this year admissions have closed. You can apply for 2017 now. Apply open for 2017
