Hi
You need 65% in 12th with either maths/accounts and English. If you are very sure of going for this course, you may start right after 12th. I would suggest you to go through the complete course structure before making any decision as that will give you more clarity about it.

If you mean International MBA, you cannot pursue without completing a Bachelor's degree. Pursue your UG degree in a related field before pursuing MBA or any Masters.

Yes of course any stream student can do BCA after 12th but in many universities it is compulsory to have maths in 12 but in some universities it is not compulsory to have maths.
