If you interested in psychology then you can chose Ba (Honours) psychology programme at Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh and prepare for Tata Institute Of Social Sciences for MA psychology programme because here u can get more opportunities after pg u can work in medical field

It is not mandatory to have computer as subject in 11 & 12th for doing BTech CSE. But I will advice you to learn at least C++ programming before you join BTech CS, this skill will come quite handy to you.
