First of all try to get your basic concepts clear by reading the ncert books thoroughly and multiple times. Prepare short notes on the formulas and important points. Do not neglect your class lectures. Try to complete the entire ncert syllabus in 5-6 months. Start your jee preparations simultaneously. practise atleast 20 jee type questions daily. As you begin to complete your 12th portion, increase the amount of time given to your jee preparation. Take frequent tests, identify your mistakes and work on it. Keep yourself away from all sorts of distractions. Stay determined and hard working, success will be all yours.

Where were you for all these years? I afraid you can't complete your B.Com. now . SOL, Delhi University has fixed a time period of Six Years Span to clear a particular degree course. Sure you can go with B. pharm it has an broad and open market as India is growing fast in Pharmaceutical sector. so it has an Good future scope. Select best suited College according to your marks in 12th. because Good Placement with Shining Package in B.pharm are very limited. so Do an research over best college around you by Google. and Then Apply for it.

instead of droping a year to study all subjects ,you should go for APPEARMENT EXAM for the specific subjects in which you failed to score good marks and Go for B.tec Mechanical which is already a very good decision for a bright future.
afterall there is no wise in droping a year to study everything again.
