To become IAS officer you need to complete your studies i.e. after 12th complete Graduation from a recognized university.
Minimum qualification required to appear for IAS exams is Graduation from a recognized university.
It is under Civil Service Exam conducted once in a Year by UPSC.To become an IAS Officer One Needs to crack Civil Service Exam.

Hi,
as per your question conclusion you are that kind of person who need many more things in your life & do some thing different but to do this you must have knowledge of the current affairs especially your core sector in which you want to do something efferent.
you can opt any option according to your choice. but if you must keep it in mind that you need to start from zero level & for that you need to give your efforts at every minute of the day.
