Hi,
All students from the ICSE/CBSE board are eligible for writing the IIT/JEE and All India entrance examination for engineering /MBBS and dental provided they have the subject combination necessary for attempting these exams i.e, Physics, Chemistry, Maths for Engineering and Physics, Chemistry and Biology for MBBS/BDS.
Moreover, both the boards are good at their respective levels. Hence, the ball lies on your court.
Hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

Higher the percentage, better chances you have but the minimum percentage required is 80. Apart from that you need to have a high score in SAT/ACT and TOEFL/IELTS to get admission in USA.
