SPD Italy is Italy's premier postgraduate school for design. I doubt they offer any bachelor degree program. You can look forward to study here after completing your undergraduate studies from IIT. They have superior master degree courses in the areas of automobiles, web desigining, interior and many more.

It would help if you could specify as to which course you intend to pursue as the choice of colleges/ Universities will depend on that. On the broader side in the US Universities of California, Texas, MIT, Harvard, in UK Universities of Sheffield, Coventry, Oxford, LSE, Bedfordshire and in Australia, Deakin, Universities of Wollongong, Melbourne, RMIT are some of the ones you can try.

Both the tests have the same level of ease, IELTS is paper bases whereas PTE is not. The advantage with PTE is that you can get test dates easily and results also faster, so if you are under time constraint i advice PTE otherwise IELTS is also fine.
