If you feel government designations, gazetted posts as remarkable one, then please go for civil services.

Yes, the final rank is calculated by taking both the normalised marks of 12th boards and JEE Main into account.

the cut off is usually around 80 percentile, So there is a bright chance that you will get a call for GD/PI. All the best.

It is not necessary that you should do B.Com, if you are a commerce student. It depends on your liking and skills that you possess. If you like being creative, go for designing and other related courses.
