Dear Miraj,
You can get yourself enrolled into an open school and pursue your 12th. However, it is mandatory to clear 10th or an equivalent course which should be approved by board.

First of all, you are not sure. "You think"
So, lets not stress about this right now. As it is 7th of March today, I am assuming that there are several other subjects left for the board exams. So, study well for those and do good.
As far as compartment is concerned, if unfortunately you get in one of your subjects and simultaneously you clear your entrance exams, you won't be going any further. You HAVE TO CLEAR the compartment first.
Maybe, second round of counselling or maybe third.
Private colleges may take you but they also will need you to clear that backlog.

Hello Paritesh,
I would suggest you to pursue your BBA in sectors like Digital Marketing & Travel & Tourism. There are tremendous job opportunities available in these sectors as these are fresh and rapidly growing fields. A full-fledged degree program will give you deep understanding and you can get good job opportunities after completion of the course. For these courses, you can look for UTM Shillong as it has good faculty, placements and infrastructure.

For IGNOU affiliated BHM course, age limit is 25. You just have to clear entrance test for that and if you want to do it from any another private college, you can also go for that.

After pursuing 12th, you can do graduation along with preparation for CS, CA and in the mean time if you are interested in government job, you can try for competitive exams for bank.
If you feel that private jobs are remarkable, you can also change your field of interest by graduating in computers as BCA and MCA after that to work in a good private firm.

BBA would be the right choice. You can do it in India from an Indian University or a foreign University. Or, you can do a 4 year Integrated BBA + MBA Degree from a Global University and save one year.

Its better to reappear again for the 12th, as you can proceed with the graduation in the future. Other than that you can join Diploma courses based on your 10th grades/marks. But if you do Diploma also you need to study Graduation. So, my suggestion is to clear your 12th and join Graduation.
