There are no cutoffs for academic scores for admission to XLRI. Your scores are decent enough. GD/PI rounds are quite important and are important criteria for selection. Tough is not the right way to describe it but you need to be thoroughly prepared . Take help from some coaching institutes if GD/PI worries you.

Yes admission in IIT is totally based on JEE advanced AIR. You must have 75% in 12th in order to give JEE advanced but admission is totally based on AIR.

For being a computer system analyst, you must be a computer science, IT or computer science engineering or IT engineering graduate.
After this, you can do specialisation course in the same filed.
