As per your previous knowledge you should opt for MCA as syllabus of MCA is almost same as BCA. MBA is also good but syllabus will be different. In case you still want to do MBA then go for MBA (IT).

Cutoff wise i guess u will be on boundary line. I cant say with surety as cutoff are not revealed but i think u will get a call as ur academic profile is also fine

Eligibility criteria for admission to MMS course is minimum 50% for Open category students and minimum 45% for reserved category students in SSC, HSC and Graduation marks.

If you score above 90 percentile in CAT or MAT, you would still get a call from top B-schools because your graduation marks are above qualifying marks of 50%. Rest will depend on your performance during GD/PI.
