CAT percentile is an important factor in getting IIM call. Though your 10th and 12th percentage are low, you will get advantage of diversity for being from commerce background. Again it depends which IIM you want. For IIM ABC you should get more than 98 percentile. But you can get a call from IIM by scoring 80+ percentile.

Since the cut offs vary every year by the number of application we receive, so u can give a try u will surely get call for gd/pi but further selection depends on u r performance and acads, all the best

There is no cut off as such. To be eligible to apply,you should have atleast 50% marks in you graduation and should have appeared for one of CAT,MAT, XAT or CMAT. It is to be noted that only 30% weightage is given to the entrance scores and the rest depends upon how you perform in your GD/PI. To prepare for your GD/PI, be well versed with the present political and business environment of India.

65 % is the eligibility criteria for placements , but if you have relevant work experience and a good GPA in PGDM then that can be negotiated with the companies coming for placements.
