Yes, you can take admission in 2nd year, as you've done your full schooling, so it will be easy for you to get into it.

According to the reviews in different websites i found B.Sc honours in shri Vaishnav is better then B.Sc in holkar

It is difficult he/she can get MBBS, but private, this year cut off has gone very high so chances for government colleges are less. But, can go with options other than MBBS. All the best.
