Yes, if you have your ST category certificate then you will get a good NIT. You have to file up your ST category proof with your documents.

You should get 45% aggregate percentage in class 12th and the lowest rank you need is around 20-25k in WBJEE to get admission for B.Pharma in GNIPST. Last year, the closing rank was 22240 after 3rd round, which had gone up in the mop-up round (spot counselling round).

Yes, you can get admission in DAV College Chandigarh for B.Sc honors in mathematics. You should apply your category certificates at the time of admission. You will easily get a reserved seat.
