My JEE Mains percentile is 78.33 and CBSE aggregate percentage is 63. I am an OBC-NCL candidate. Can I get a set at NIT AP?

There is a very less chance of getting NIT, because you have just cleared your cutoff OBC, but your aggregate class 12% is less than 75, so there are less chances.

Yes. As you have got 97.05%ile in JEE you are competent enough and eligible enough to apply for it and to secure admission so go for it and apply.

No, It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs as the seats are limited to less than 600. So, those who get AIR of less than 1400 will get seats in NITs. I suggest you to go with private institutes.

You can try by BA in History. The cut-off is usually above 95% for non-christian general category.

For BMS, there is a written exam plus a PI, I don't think that you can get in with 75%.

Sorry, but you cannot get admission for B.Sc in Computer Science in Vellore. Your score in CBSE is too low for this seat. You should just choose another college.
