It depends on your stream. With this score, the chances should be average. Maybe, civil and that too the last round of counselling. Moreover, you also need to appear for JEE exam.
There might be very slight chances to get a mechanical seat probably in the very last rounds.
I hope for the best.

Yes you are. Hi, in NATA 2019 regulations, you have to secure at least 50% Marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations.

Optional subjects are not generally taken into consideration for most of the college's admission, so you need not to worry, if you have good percentage in the main 5 subjects.

CBSE is one of the good boards and it also prepares the student for other competitive exams. Though there are many students who complete their 10+2 with state boards and still manage to achieve their goals. So, don't worry. Keep other factors in mind and then take a decision.

*Merit based Bachelor's courses are less in India. Terms of each college vary here too. For example, most of the courses of DU are merit-based, but you can't include the marks of 6th subject in the 'Best Four Subjects' (BFS) just like that. Terms vary from course to course. You may face deduction of 2-3% from your BFS% if you include your class 6th subject.
#Above all, It doesn't really matters. You are allotted the

Both doesn't make a big difference so you can choose anyone. And for a second thought my recommendation is CBSE over ICSE.
