you don't have to give your 12 mark sheet now. That option is for droppers. If they ask for 10th mark sheet or year of completion then this becomes clear that you are giving 12th this year. As you are yet to complete your school education, you do have a chance to do some study of Mass Media-Event Management even in class 12th. You can opt for media studies (optional elective) as well. If that is not the choice possible or available, you can do a degree in event management and PR. Symbiosis or Mudra-Pune and Amity-Noida are good names for such professional pursuits. If you do a degree in Mass Media, a PG Diploma in PR and Event Management is also possible. The PG Diploma studies can be done from IIMC-Delhi as well.
