No, without giving JENPAUH, one can not take admission in Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences, Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan.
The admissions are purely on basis of the scores obtained in JENPAUH.

Both the institutes are quite good and have their acclaimed merits but if given a choice to choose definitely BITS, Pilani is a better option.

Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD), should have been born on or after October 1, 1987. There is not as such websites for getting good marks in your boards you have to go through your NCERT textbooks and sample papers however for better practice sessions you may look forward for online portals like topper.
