Yes, it is a good college. It is best in Pharmacy, and have all facilities that a pharmacy student needs. Faculty members are highly qualified and supportive. It provides good placement in Pharmacy and lots of opportunities.

It would be great to continue in CBSE board, if you want your daughter to prepare for competitive exams. And, if you want your daughter to get admission into Institutes based on class 12th Grade marks, it's good to join your daughter in PUC. As far as my experience CBSE would be better than state board which would be helpful in most of the aspects.

St. Xavier's College, Mumbai takes undergraduate admissions based on class 12th marks. If you wish to study here then your score should be minimum of 90%.

Sorry but you can't get in Xavier's for BA or BSc with 81%. That's too less as compared to the cutoff.

It also depends on the colleges' cutoff as well. You can also check the previous cutoff of the colleges where you would like to take admission keeping in mind the course you would like to go for.
