VIT Bhopal doesn't accept the scores of JEE Mains or COMEDK for admissions in any of their B.Tech courses. Instead, the university conducts its own entrance exam, VITEEE, for admission to B.Tech. programs. Students are selected based on their performance in VITEEE, and students also need to have a minimum of 60% in their 12th to apply, which you already have. So if you wish to take admission in this institute, you need to appear for VITEEE, or else you need to look for a different institute.

Dear Mohammed Shahab,
Admission to SVNIT Surat is mostly on the basis of JEE Main rank, and a rank of 94 appears very competitive. But the choice is subject to category, availability of seats, and home state quota. Your 90% in CBSE will make your profile stronger, but JEE rank is the deciding factor. I suggest verifying the last year's cutoffs for your category on the website of JoSAA to get a better estimate of your possibilities. If you are in a reserved category or home state quota, your possibility might increase.
All the very best !
