Most of the coaching institutes that teach IIT - JEE preparation course have an entrance test for the students, if you score good marks in those entrance tests, you can obtain scholarships in some form of discount on the course.

Your best bet is wait & watch. If less students apply for admission then suddenly your chance may come. After normal rounds of counselling is over then private colleges are allowed to admit students.

You can get some NITs like Goa, Manipur, Sikkim, Agartala, etc. and some IIITs but I think you may not get it in the first round of counselling.

This will not be the same this year but it may give you an idea of which colleges you may get.
The counselling registration starts from 15 June and the first round seat allotment is on June 28th. Refer www.josaa.nic.in.
