The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is Shiksha College Predictor. After that, just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose a private college like BITS-Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotia, Sharda, LPU and Nirma.

A minimum 60% in 10+2 ( English and PCM) is required to be eligible for marine engineering. And these are the entrances you must take to pursue marine engineering-
AIEEE:All India Engineering Entrance Examination
MERI:Marine Engineering and Research Institute entrance exams
JEE: Joint Entrance Examination
IMU CET: Indian Maritime University Common Entrance Test

But, the main problem is you have to take admission in class 11th in CBSE to continue in class 12th. No CBSE schools will admit you directly in class 12th.
