Unlike India, in Canada it is not called MBBS and is not done after 12th. It is called MD Doctor of Medicine and is done after Bachelors which is for 4 years. The cost of this is some where around CAD $ 50000-80000/ year and the duration is of around 3-4 years.

Don't take a drop as it's not necessary that you will always top. Go ahead with B.Sc-IT as it has a lot of scope for first year B.Sc. You can go to any normal college and score good marks in first year B.Sc and then, you can change in second year B.Sc to a good reputed college.

Hello Devashish,
Your score is not that good to get any college through JEE Mains JOSAA counselling.
So, better you can try for some other private colleges such as LNCT, Galgotias, Jaypee, Nirma, and MIT Pune according to your marks.
Best of luck.

Many people go through this procedure. A lot of people cannot obtain the marks they wanted to in their HSC or realise its value once their result is out. But there is an option to rectify it. You can give improvisation exams next year and make your result better.
