You have scored less than eligibility criterias for NITs, etc. in 12th. Hence, that option is ruled out. If your state is accepting JEE Mains score, then you have some chance of admission in Govt college.

If you want to choose general science then you must go through State board as they had one subject for this but if you chose CBSE then you have to search that which school gives this subject.

As if you are not satisfied the minimum eligibility as mentioned by the college, you can't get admission call letter from college so you must try to contact the college for a solution.
