Admissions in DU depend on your best four subject's total percentage. So it matters. If you have got 70%, it's very tough to get in the North Campus.
You can try to give CATE exam for English Honors, and if you get a good rank, you can try for south campus colleges.
Otherwise, it can also be done that, you can try off campus colleges, but the course which you might get would not be the ones you want to study.
So apart from DU, keep other options open as well.

To study MBBS you need to write NEET exam and should get a good score to get a good medical college. It has been made compulsory so that you can get MBBS or BDS only if you write NEET exam.
Your percentage is not bad but if you wish to get a college (not MBBS or BDS) then you cannot get a good one with this score. If you want to go in medical stream, then you can try veterinary science as it doesn't require any entrance exam.

The minimum eligibility is to get at least 75% in your board exams. Only then you will be getting admission in any NIT, IIT, etc. If you belong to SC/ST then you should have 65% in boards.
