Alvira, yes you can get admission in B.Pharm on basis of your marks in 12th. Most government universities offer admissions on basis of national level entrance tests which are almost over for most universities and counselling rounds are going on.
But in private universities you can get admission on basis of marks in 12th or tests conducted by them. Most private universities have made a great name for themselves for quality education and placements. Some even have patents registered in their names wherein even student researchers also got contribution.
Good luck.

Rajat, you didn't specify the subjects you did in 12th. Still don't waste one year in repeating the class but go for the options that are available for you with these marks.
If you have any passion for computers you can go for BCA or B.Sc Computer Science or B.Sc IT.
If you want to learn the tricks of management or want to start your own business, BBA, B.Com (Professional) can be good choices.
If food and its aroma arouse you, hotel management can be your calling. Or on this line only, you can join a course in tourism and hospitality that is going to take you places.
If you believe in weaving a magic with your words and also have a streak

Alok, your question is little confusing. Why you want to reappear for 12th? You were not having Science subjects when you did your 12th in 2015 or you were having less marks due to which you could not give JEE Mains.
Another thing is go for 12th form NIOS keeping in mind that JEE has age limit so, in case that is something that you won't fulfill after doing 12th from NIOS than don't waste your precious time.
There are many courses available these days to go for.

Generally one can not change school in grade XII.Schools don't allow that unless it is a transfer case.
All boards are otherwise at par with each other ,moreover it you are studying in a school that is good ,then there is no point in changing it.
Please revert back if you want any furthur clarification
