As you know that CBSE is central and state board is state, so it has absolutely somewhat less preference.

NEET is conducted on 1st Sunday of May irrespective of anything. There won't be any stage 2 examination as it was there this year. It will be single-staged.

Germany Universities are the best option for higher studies because fee in German Universities is nominal. You can also evaluate Singapore or Malaysia for higher education because the cost of education is cheaper in comparison to USA, UK, Australia or Canada.

High quality of education from a good school will help you to get admission in medical college. You must evaluate quality of school based on teaching quality and help from school in medical entrance coaching, not based on type of board. If all parameters are same in your choices of school, then you may opt for CBSE school.

It is necessary to complete your class 12th from a recognized board. The universities in foreign countries are aware of Indian education boards.

Dear Mukesh,
It depends on the country. In US it does not matter which board you are from. In UK SAT is not required. Similarly, every country would have different requirements.
