I am afraid you cannot. The registration for the board exams are already done, and you are allotted a certain registration number. Changing school would mean change in registration number as well.

According to the percentage criteria (min. 75%), you are not eligible but if your percentage lie in the top 20 percentile of your state board, you are eligible.

There is no difference in getting admission to a government college on the type of board from where you have completed 10+2 stage provided you meet other criterion specified by the college for admission.
