If you want join the Indian Air Force as a Pilot, you will have to be a part of the Flying Branch of the Indian Air Force. You can choose to join the Flying Branch after your Class 12th or even after your graduation. You can opt for anyone. But, you should have enough knowledge of the specialization you have opted for, so that you can clear the CDS exam.
