Candidates who have cleared their Class 10th exams are eligible for admission in the certificate programme in Fashion Design. Candidates can apply for once they have cleared their Class 10 or whenever they see fit. Age is and qualification is not a bar to complete the Fashion Design course at the institute. Candidates can secure direct admission into the course.

No, you cannot get a certificate from NIOS without passing the exam. The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) requires students to clear the prescribed exams (theory and practical, if applicable) to receive a valid certificate for Secondary (10th) or Senior Secondary (12th) level.

Yes, you can apply. If you are Non non-creamy layer of OBC and your Caste is in the Central list of OBC, then you are entitled to it & you can apply for the Central Certificate. There is no need for a state Caste certificate. If you fall under the Creamy Layer of OBC, you will not get the benefit of OBC reservation either in the State or in the Central.
