Yes, even you have a caste certificate, you can apply for the NDA exam as a general cetegory candidate. Though you have an option to apply under the general category during the application process than using your caste reservation privilages.

A student has to now go to school or college to get their passing certificate that is usually awarded after results are declared for board exams. For Maharashtra HSC/SSC, one should go to their school with the roll number and ID proof to receive it when it is published (after around two or more weeks from the results; for example, May 2025 for HSC).
Alternatively, you can use DigiLocker (digilocker.gov.in) by linking your Aadhaar and roll number, so you can download it in the house immediately after the result.

Universities in Kolkata provide certification programs in Business Law. West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS) offers a Certificate Course in Business and Commercial Laws covering contracts and corporate laws, and this course is available for all graduates at the approximate fee of INR 15,000 to 20,000.
