Let me tell you that there are no quick-fix certification courses which will help you switch from IT to finance/ banking. I also understand that you don't want to discontinue working and go for an MBA (Finance). As the cliche goes, there are no shortcuts to success, so be prepared for a long haul. Advanced Certificate Course: SHRM (Strategic Human Resources Management) India, Carlton Advanced Management Institute, The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay, Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI) etc. are some of the establishments that offer good and authenticated certificate courses for commerce students.
