Well if you don't belong to OBC category and you have received certificate through unfair means, there might be problem for you if you get selected in any government exam, air force, navy etc. Because they have a very stringent check on every detail and if you are caught, you will be barred from all the government exams in the future.

Relax, you can show your mark sheet along with your admit card, etc., to them. Tell them the truth that certificate (provisional/original) has not been issued to you till now. You can show your certificate to them at the later stage.
Good luck.

For SC, caste certificates made after 1st April 2017 are permitted. Maybe, you should make new certificate as soon as possible.

Hi,The fee structure isn't available in the website. However, as per the notice of last year, students had to pay Rs. 100, as their enrollment fee. Kindly go through link which talks about the same: http://www.ramjas.du.ac.in/pdf/SFIL-notice_for_enrolment_fee.pdf
As per the schedule for classes, they probably occur twice or thrice a week-the information of which is not available in the college website. You'd be told about all this as soon as the classes begin.
