See it all depends on the college. If you are doing MBA from a mediocre college then it will be of no much use. On the other hand, if you are doing PGDM from a very good college then it will be worth any amount of money. It is the skill which matters not the degree or college in today's world. By the way, the difference between MBA and PGDM is that MBA can only be provided by a recognised university, but autonomous colleges are kept from doing so.
