As a candidate or student, one has to pay one-time programme enrollment fees at the time of registering for the first Level 1 CFA programme exam. You need to pay the exam registration fees before the deadlines. June 2019 Exam (Levels I, II, III)
Early registration fee: USD 650 (ends 17 October 2018)
Standard registration fee: USD 950 (ends 13 February 2019)
Late registration fee: USD 1,380 (ends 13 March 2019)
How to Pursue the CFA programme? STEPS:
Enroll and Register with the CFA Institute USA for Level I Exam
1. Exam Month June Registration Deadline February March
2. Exam Month December Registration Deadline August - September
3. Pass the examinations
You need to pass Level I, Level II and Level III exams sequentially. Apply for Membership after clearing your Level III exam (For membership along with CFA Level III, you need to have at least four years of Professional Work Experience).

To enroll in the CFA programme and register for your first Level I exam, you must have:
> An international travel passport. > One of the following:Undergraduate education: A Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree or be in the final year of your Bachelor's degree programme (you must have completed your Bachelor's degree programme in order to register for the Level II exam), (or)
Work experience: Four years of professional work experience (does not have to be investment related), (or)
A combination of professional work experience and education that totals at least four years (part-time positions do not qualify, and the four-year total must be accrued prior to enrollment). CFA will give you core finance knowledge and an MBA will be inclined towards management. Also, the best finance gurus recommend that one must go for an MBA after 34 years of work-ex. Doing either course is also sufficient to land a job, but doing both will make you stand out. Hope this helps!
