GMCH Chandigarh is an MCI-approved college that offers undergraduate degrees in nursing (B.Sc. in Nursing) in affiliation with Punjab University. To apply for a B.Sc. in nursing, a candidate needs to fulfill eligibility criteria, which are:
They should have passed the 10+2 examination or other equivalent in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with an aggregate of 45% marks. If you meet eligibility criteria, you will need to qualify for the GMCH Combined Entrance Test (GCET). After qualifying this exam, the counseling process will be conducted for admission. The forms for GCET are made available in the month of August, and the list of provisionally eligible candidates for counseling is displayed by September. Hence, for this year, the admission process will officially begin in the last week of September after the list of qualified candidates in the entrance exam is published. All admissions to the B.Sc. Nursing course are provisional and subject to the approval of the Punjab Nurses Registration Council.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. A team from IBM DAKSH visited the college on 20.08.2010 for campus recruitments. 66 students from B.A. B.Com and B.A. Participated in the recruitment drive which was held in 3 rounds. 36 students were selected. Out of theses 16 students were directly hired and 20 would be joining after training. Six BCA students were selected by NIIT for jobs related to the technical side.
