BCA from IP University will be better. DAV is not known to all but IP University is popular in the whole country. Location wise Delhi is better than Chandigarh. Chandigarh is also a very beautiful city.

Yes, Chandigarh University is a good option to pursue among MCMDAV, Chandigarh and Punjab University for girls, it has a great infrastructure and great faculty members. It has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus. Moreover, it has wonderful placements, 400 companies visited campus this year.
