If you have not given NEET, there is no problem at all; you can still join the Medical Lab Technology (MLT) programme at Chandigarh University, and you know that the university doesn't even ask for it. If you want to do a B.Sc. MLT, then you must have 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects. For M.Sc. MLT, you need to obtain 55% marks in your graduation.

Though it is not mandatory for the programme to give entrance, you can also take the Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test (CUCET). The test is very simple, and it is available online; the admission process is also smooth. So yaa, if you meet

Admission into B.Optometry at Chandigarh University is possible through two ways-one is direct admission which requires that you should have an eligibility criterion of a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate with Physics and Chemistry subjects compulsory in a 12th-grade class. Another way is that you can go for Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test (CUCET); the test is very simple and easy by giving this test you can even get a scholarship of up to 100%. So, when it's not required for admission, giving CUCET can actually help you by decreasing your course fee.

Yes,  Chandigarh University allows direct admission to the Physiotherapy course, but students also have the option to appear for CUCET if they want scholarships. The best part is, CUCET is not a tough exam, and you can give it from your home using your laptop or phone. It's an online exam and very easy to attempt. Even though it's not compulsory for Physiotherapy admission, students take it to reduce their fees. The scholarship you get depends on your score and can go up to 100%. After applying, you will get a call from a counselor who will guide you through the rest of the process like document upload, fee payment, and more. You

Admission to B.Sc.Nutrition & Dietetics at Chandigarh University doesn't require any entrance exam.If you fulfill the academic criteria based on your class 12 marks, you can get in directly.

But if you want to save on your tuition fee through a scholarship, then you should consider appearing for the CUCET exam. The better you score, the higher the scholarship you'll receive.so, CUCET is optional but recommended for financial benefits.

Yes, Chandigarh University does provide clinical exposure for Nutrition and Dietetics students, and it's actually one of the strong points of the program. From the very beginning, students are encouraged to apply what they learn in real-world settings. Whether it's through internships at hospitals, participating in community nutrition camps, or visiting food testing labs, the focus is on learning by doing.

These experiences really help you understand how to deal with real cases, plan therapeutic diets, and work in professional healthcare environments. It definitely adds value beyond classroom teaching.

Hi!

The admission procedure for MLT courses at Chandigarh University is very simple and easy. The university offers MLT courses at both Bachelor and master level. Just make sure you are eligible. For Bachelors, you need 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Chemistry. For Masters, you need 55% marks in your bachelor's degree.

Admission goes through CUCET. It's an online test. Very easy and quick. You can get upto 100% scholarships and it can also be maintained if you get 7.5 CGPA every semester. Everything is online and smooth. From applying to getting your seat. Just check eligibility, give CUCET, and go ahead.
