As of February 2025 applicants must take the PU-CET (PG) entrance test in order to be admitted to Punjab University's (PU), Chandigarh M.Sc. Physics program. Although the precise cutoff scores for the M.Sc Physics programme are not made public basic rules state that applicants must receive at least 15% of the possible points on the admission exam in order to be eligible for SC/ST/PwD categories, this is at least 10%.

Yes, UIET Chandigarh offers four-year BE course across different specialisations. Some of the available specialisations are electronics and communication engineering, computer Science and engineering, information technology, etc. Admission to the full-time BE courses is done based on merit in JEE Main. The GMCH Chandigarh MS fee is INR 1.05 Lacs (approx.) for three years. It is inclusive of the tuition fee and other university charges. The total fee is payable in three annual instalments, as mentioned below:
